To track your parcel, click on this link and enter your tracking number (received by email).
In general, here is how we process your order and the associated delays
1. We process your order
We pick up your items in our warehouse and pack them so they can be picked up by our shipping partner.
This step usually lasts 1 to 3 working days
Your order is then shipped and you will receive an email (subject: "A shipment from order #9999 is on the way") containing a tracking number for each item you ordered, allowing you to to check your order status and whereabouts.
Note that this email will only be sent once the parcel is shipped. If you have not received the email yet, please wait another 3 days as your item may still be being processed (in step 1).
This step usually lasts 1 to 5 working days
Our shipping partner will deliver your order to your door.
Please note that if you have ordered several items at the same time, each item will arrive separately as they are likely to be shipped from different warehouses.
